Very clean! Staff were kind and helpful. They were sold out on a fair amount of things but I'm going to Blane that on COVID. I will definitely come back!! Their customer service was stellar!

Wife and I loved this store and is close to home. Was our favorite store. They closed up this store last summer (2018). Wasn't 100% certain if they we're gonna remodel and reopen or just gone. WELCOME BACK!!!! We're so happy this store is back! We'll be going there weekly for our household stuff, snacks and whatever. It'll be fun. Lol!

I've always liked this story it sucks that they're closing it, it's convenient it's well located they have what I want it's not busy I like this area of town the pizza place is next to it.

Love this place. It's always clean, well lit, and I constantly changing inventory. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They may not have everything, and they may have some things you've never heard of but you'll always be pleasantly surprised by the variety and the quality.

Roman was a big help this weekend helping me get set up for a party today! He has great communication skills and very knowledgeable about pricing and getting the best bang for my buck! I will definitely return to this location just because of him. Thank you again Roman!

Cleanest Big Lots in Sacramento. Well stocked, smells clean. Lala provided me excellent service at the register, as usual. My granddaughter loves telling Lala goodnight. Thank you team Big Lots for the excellent work, visit after visit you never disappoint.

Today I went to pick up some items and of course some things that I didn't know I needed😄 I always find what I need at this store and am well taken care of by your (now) phenomenal staff, one of which was January who was busy working 2 different registers- she certainly has some of the best customer service skills I have seen in a while. She was busy but not rattled, smiled and greeted every customer in line. I came in found what I wanted and left with a great experiance with January at the helm. Thank you to whoever hired this young lady- she is definitely management material!!!

This Big Lots has been the nicest cleanest store I've been in awhile. I was greeted as soon as I came in, and 3 other employees asked me if I needed any help finding something or if I would like a cart. I went in looking for some home decor items and was pleasantly surprised by the big selection of items. They started stocking up shelves with Halloween and Thanksgiving/fall as well as Christmas items. There's a little of everything here, clothes,food,stationary supplies,beauty and health, electronics, large furniture, garden,pet care, storage supplies, hardware and automotive. MASKS are required, and I seen curbside pickup is available if you prefer to shop online. And the checkout was fast and quick. prices are reasonable I found myself saying alot "oh wow thats a good price" on lots of stuff as well as "hmm that's kinda pricey, ill look for this somewhere else". Too bad the Big lots closest to my house isn't as clean and stocked as this store, whenever I'm in the area I always make time to come to this store, I always come out with a bag full of stuff :)
